Digital Services Act

This page provides the information Modulos AG makes available under the EU Digital Services Act for the Modulos platform.

Modulos AG operates the Modulos AI governance platform, a hosting service for business customers under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). The sections below give the contact points, the legal representative and the reporting route that the Act requires us to publish.

Point of contact for authorities

Under Article 11 of the Digital Services Act, authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can contact us electronically at privacy@modulos.ai. We accept communications in English and German.

Point of contact for users

Under Article 12, users of the Modulos platform can contact us directly and quickly at privacy@modulos.ai. A member of our team reads and answers every message, so you will never deal only with an automated system. You can write to us in English or German.

Legal representative in the EU

Modulos AG is established in Switzerland. Under Article 13 we have appointed the following legal representative in the European Union:

Data Protection Representative Limited (trading as DataRep)
77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin, D02 XE80, Ireland
Email: digitalrequest@datarep.com
Telephone: +353 (1) 919 8899

Report illegal content

Anyone can notify us of content on the Modulos platform that they consider illegal, using the form below (Article 16). If you give an email address, we confirm receipt, and we review every notice diligently and objectively before we inform you of our decision.

The URL, or a precise description of where the content sits on the Modulos platform.

Explain the reasons, and the law you believe the content breaks if you know it. At least 20 characters.

Optional, but we need an email address to confirm receipt and tell you our decision.

How we handle content decisions

If we remove or restrict content, or suspend or close an account, we tell the affected user why we took the decision and how to contest it. The full procedure, including how to ask us to review a decision, is in clause 3.8; see our Terms and Conditions. We do not use automated decision-making to restrict content. A member of our team takes every such decision.
